Camping Village Mugello Verde is located in the centre of the Mugello Valley, just a few kilometres from Florence.
The Mugello countryside has gently rolling hills, charming wheat and sunflower fields, chestnut forests and olive groves and small villages at the foot of the Apennine mountains. Castles, villas and monasteries are testimony to the region of Mugello being home to the powerful Medici family and great artists such as Giotto and Fra Angelico.
The nearby lake of Bilancino offers a unique almost magical panorama. Italian Alpine Club marked paths will help you discover hidden corners.
Just 6km from the campsite is the Mugello International circuit, known also as Mugello circuit, one of the most beautiful and important car and motorcycle racing circuit in the world scene, home of the Italian Moto GP.
The location of the campsite also allows easy access to unforgettable towns such as Lucca, Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano.
